Tiranga Game Login Problem? Fixes for Every Sign-In Error

Can’t get into your Tiranga Game account? Nearly every failed sign-in comes down to one of six causes. Find the message you are seeing below and work through the fix in order — most take under five minutes and need no ticket.

Start here: a two-minute check

Before trying anything clever, rule out the simple things. They account for most of the messages players send to support.

  • You typed the official address yourself, rather than opening a forwarded link.
  • You are using the exact +91 number the account was registered with.
  • Your phone has mobile data or Wi-Fi that actually loads other pages.
  • The app is the copy you installed from the official route, not a shared file.
  • The date and time on your phone are set automatically — a wrong clock can break secure connections.

If all five are fine, match your symptom to one of the sections below. The basic sign-in steps themselves are on the Tiranga Game login page; this article is for when those steps do not work.

1. “Wrong password” or “incorrect account”

This is the single most common login problem, and it is rarely what it looks like. Phone keyboards quietly capitalise the first letter, add a trailing space after autocomplete, or switch to a different language layout. Tap the eye icon so you can see what you are typing, and enter the password one character at a time.

The second cause is the number. If you own two SIMs, or changed numbers since you signed up, you may be trying a number that has no account at all. The app will often respond with the same generic error either way, so try the other number before assuming the password is wrong.

Still refused? Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. Enter the registered number, type the OTP that arrives, and set a fresh password you have never used elsewhere. Then sign in with the new one straight away while it is fresh in your mind.

2. The OTP never arrives

A missing one-time code is frustrating because it blocks both login and password resets. Work through these in order:

  1. Wait for the resend timer

Tapping “send” repeatedly can trigger a temporary limit on your number. Request once, wait for the countdown to finish, then request again.

  2. Check the signal and the right SIM

On dual-SIM phones the SMS goes to whichever slot holds the registered number. Make sure that SIM is active and has signal, not just mobile data on the other slot.

  3. Look in filtered messages

Many messaging apps hide texts from unknown senders in a spam, promotions or “unknown” tab. Check there, and turn off any DND setting that blocks commercial SMS.

  4. Restart and try again

A restart re-registers the SIM on the network. If the OTP still does not come after that, wait a while before trying again rather than hammering the button.

Never forward an OTP to anyone, including someone who says they are from support. It is the only thing standing between a stranger and your wallet.

3. You changed your number or lost the SIM

Because the account is tied to your mobile number, losing that number is the hardest problem to fix on your own. First, try to recover the SIM itself: your mobile operator can usually issue a replacement SIM on the same number after an identity check, and that restores OTP access completely.

If the number is gone for good, you will need help from the platform. Use the customer service route described on our customer care page and have proof ready: the old number, the name on the account, recent deposit dates and amounts, and the bank account or UPI ID you used. The more detail you give, the faster ownership can be confirmed.

4. “Account frozen” or “account restricted”

A restriction is different from a wrong password: the system recognises you but has limited the account. Common triggers include several accounts linked to one person, device or bank account; a payment that was reversed; or an unfinished verification step. Signing in again will not clear it. Raise it through customer service with your registered number and ask what is needed to lift the restriction. Do not create a new account to get around it — that usually makes things worse.

5. The app opens and closes, or loads a blank screen

Here the problem is the app, not your account. Try signing in through a browser instead: if that works, your login details are fine and only the app needs attention. Then:

  • Clear the app’s cache from Android Settings → Apps.
  • Make sure you are on the latest build — the app prompts when an update is required.
  • Uninstall and reinstall from the official route.
  • Free up storage if the phone is nearly full.

If the app will not install at all, our separate guide to a Tiranga app that won’t install covers parse errors and Play Protect blocks.

6. You logged in somewhere you shouldn’t have

If you entered your password on a page you now suspect was fake, act immediately. Sign in on the genuine site, change the password, and check your withdrawal details have not been altered. If you cannot get in because the password has already been changed, contact support straight away from the official app and say the account may be compromised. Our guide to telling the real site from fakes shows how these pages usually look.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Tiranga Game say my password is wrong when I know it is right?

Most often the keyboard has auto-capitalised the first letter, a space was added at the end, or you are signing in with a different number from the one you registered. Type the password slowly with the eye icon on; if it still fails, reset it by OTP.

What should I do if the Tiranga Game OTP is not coming?

Wait for the resend timer instead of tapping repeatedly, check that the SIM has signal and is not blocking promotional or unknown senders, and restart the phone. Dual-SIM phones sometimes receive the SMS on the other slot.

I changed my mobile number. How do I get back into my account?

The account belongs to the registered number, so a new SIM looks like a new user. Contact customer service from inside the app and be ready to prove ownership with account details and deposit records.

Is it safe to use a login link someone sent me?

No. Type the official address yourself. Look-alike login pages are the most common way accounts are stolen.

Can support log in for me if I share my OTP?

Genuine support never needs your OTP. Anyone asking for it is attempting to take over the account.
